George Kynigos - King of Monument Design
George Kynigos is often called something else. He is known throughout the funeral profession Canada wide as the King of Monuments.
Through his talent and training George, a 3rd generation master craftsman; is able to capture the essence of a persons life story and memories told through his artistry on granite plaques, headstones and cemetery memorials.
My Story
George Kynigos is a Montreal native who has spent the past 10 years working in and around the Kingston area and has over 30 years experience designing and creating custom monuments & headstones . He is often credited with revolutionizing the cemetery and monument industry through his graphic design training.
George is located in the Reddendale Plaza at 730 Front Road, unit 11, Kingston, Ontario. All monument and plaque design is done locally, in house by George himself. This enables George to pass on the cost savings to his families.
My Inspiration
Over 30 years ago, it all started with art and design. I went for a walk when I was younger and quickly learned that headstones pay tribute to loved ones who have passed on. I knew I could help because I have a passion for helping others and I have loved art from the very beginning. In 2021, we opened our store in lovely Kingston, Ontario. Come and visit us. Every monument is a unique as every person is unique. No two headstones are alike. This is the first time I have branched out from being under contract within the funeral profession. I worked exclusively with funeral homes but now I am offering my services and talents directly to the public. This will save your family money. We are open for business and proudly serving the Kingston, Brockville and Belleville areas.
